1st Place at Sea to Sky Championships 2016

Congratulations to our Red team who competed at Sea to Sky Championships. They competed against UBC and UVic, and got 1st place! They also received a full paid bid to ICU Collegiate Worlds occuring in January 2017 in Orlando, Florida! Theyare excited to be representing SFU and collegiate cheer in BC.

Congratulations to Red team on their first place finish at the 2015 Sea to Sky Cheerleading Championships.

They ran two awesome runs beating out UVic and UBC to take home the gold!

SFU had a great weekend at Sea to Sky, each team performed 2 runs to be super proud of! Red team ended up in 2nd place and White team in 4th.

It was a long season but every bit of blood, sweat and tears was worth it!

Sea to Sky

We are heading to Sea to Sky next weekend! White team and Red team will be there to represent SFU and we hope to see lots of support out there from our home crowd!

We will be competing at the beginning of the Road to Worlds section which starts at 6:20 on Saturday and 4:40 on Sunday, see you then!

Congratulations Girls Basketball!!

Congratulations to our amazing girls basketball team! They had an amazing season, we loved cheering for them this year and hope next year will only be better!

 

Sea to Sky is only 2 weeks away, make sure to free up the evenings of Apr 6 & 7 so you can come cheer us on! Red and White team will be there to compete this year!

Thanks to everyone for your support this weekend!

Both teams had awesome runs with Red team finishing second and White team finishing fifth.

Our partner and group stunts also did well with Kevin and Kathryn placing second in the Open Pairs Stunt and Jane, Kelly, Danielle, and Jannelle placing third in the Open Group Stunt division!

SFU Cheer Competing at Sea to Sky

Come support SFU Cheerleading at the biggest cheer competition in Western Canada. Both Red and White team will be competing against UBC, University of Regina and University of Fraser Valley! The competition runs from Friday, March 30 to Sunday, April 1. Red and White will likely be competiing Saturday and Sunday evening and our group and partner stunts will be competing on Friday evening. Admission is only $10 for students at the door. Its your turn to cheer us on, see you there!

Sea to Sky Partner Stunt

Congratulations to Kathryn (KJ) and Kevin (K-Mo) for winning Sea to Sky's Open Partner Stunt Competition. They hit a super clean routine and were able to beat out some tough competition.
